Many people can spot the International Space Station (ISS) as a bright streak across the twilight sky. With a digital camera and a small telescope, it is possible to capture recognizable images. Astronomer Ricardo Borba recorded this image of the Space Shuttle Discovery docked with the ISS from his backyard in Ottawa, Canada. He used a digital video camera on an 8-inch reflecting telescope to track the orbiting complex.
