COSMIC MESSAGE

Last week, Mars passed behind the Moon when viewed from parts of the Southern Hemisphere. This image, taken from Florida, shows Mars grazing the Moon's dark edge. The Clay Center Observatory expedition captured this event, digitally stacking multiple telescopic images to create the picture.
