COSMIC MESSAGE
An atmospheric phenomenon known as "the glory" shines in the direction opposite the Sun, as photographed from an airplane. Historically, this effect, also called the "Specter of the Brocken," was occasionally observed from mountaintops. It appears as a bright halo surrounding what seems to be the observer's shadow.
