Icy moon Mimas shines above Saturn, casting a broad shadow across the gas giant. This image from the Cassini spacecraft shows Mimas at the upper right. The wide shadow is from Saturn's dense B ring, with thinner shadows from the inner C ring below it. Although the B and C rings are not directly visible here, the narrow outer F ring is at the bottom of the image.
