Descent Panorama of Saturn's Titan

NASA APOD
COSMIC MESSAGE

In January 2005, the Huygens probe descended through the clouds of Saturn's moon Titan. It was the first spacecraft to land on a moon in the outer Solar System. This panoramic image shows what Huygens saw from about five kilometers above Titan's surface, a mysterious landscape shrouded in orange haze.
