COSMIC MESSAGE
An inverted rainbow in the sky, known as a circumhorizon arc or 'fire rainbow.' This phenomenon is created by ice crystals, not fire. It requires the Sun to be at least 58 degrees high and cirrus clouds with horizontally aligned, flat, hexagonal ice crystals to refract sunlight.
