COSMIC MESSAGE
The Virgo Cluster of Galaxies is our Milky Way's nearest large galactic neighbor, about 70 million light-years away. It contains over 2,000 galaxies and spans more than 5 degrees in the sky. This cluster is so massive it exerts a noticeable gravitational pull on the galaxies in our Local Group.
