NASA APOD
COSMIC MESSAGE
Makemake is a dwarf planet in the Kuiper Belt, almost as large as Pluto and orbiting just a bit farther out. Discovered in 2005, it's one of the largest objects in the outer Solar System. Its orbit, however, is much more tilted than Pluto's, at an angle to the plane where the planets orbit the Sun.
