COSMIC MESSAGE
On March 6, 2009, a Delta II rocket launched NASA's Kepler spacecraft. This time exposure from Cocoa Beach, Florida, shows the rocket streaking skyward. Kepler's mission was to search for Earth-like planets in the habitable zones of other stars, where liquid water could exist.
