COSMIC MESSAGE
On the winter solstice, the Sun stops its southern movement and begins its journey north. In Utah's Great Basin Desert, the artist Nancy Holt created Sun Tunnels to mark this event. The tunnels are nine feet in diameter, and they align with the rising and setting Sun on the solstices.
