Days in the Sun

From June to December, the Sun's path across the sky changes, captured here in a six-month exposure. This image, a solargraph, was made with a pinhole camera crafted from a drink can and photographic paper. Fixed in place, the simple camera continuously recorded the Sun's daily arc as a glowing trail. The resulting image compresses half a year into a single perspective.
