COSMIC MESSAGE
The Orion Nebula, also known as M42, is a star-forming region about 1,500 light-years away. Hot, young stars within it have cleared away much of the gas and dust. This gives us a clear view of how stars are born. The Hubble Space Telescope captured this view, showing the glowing gas and surrounding molecular cloud.
