This star trail image shows Mars, Saturn, and Spica forming a celestial triangle near the western horizon. The trio, captured from Lake Eppalock in Australia, exhibits different colors to the discerning eye. They appear similar in brightness, but their distinct hues are visible as they set. A crescent Moon recently joined this conjunction, adding to the evening sky's display.
