COSMIC MESSAGE
This composite image shows the Full Moon slowly moving across the sky during a partial lunar eclipse. The sequence begins at 19:42 UT and ends at 22:14 UT on April 25, as seen from Germany. The Moon just grazes the southern edge of Earth's dark central shadow, the umbra. The decreased brightness in the outer shadow, the penumbra, is also visible.
