COSMIC MESSAGE
Nova Sagittarii 2015 No. 2 quickly brightened to become one of the more prominent stars in Sagittarius. This stellar explosion, captured here from the Indian Himalayas, was the brightest nova visible from Earth in over a year. It appeared near the Teapot asterism in western Sagittarius. As of recent observations, the nova has begun to fade, returning to its pre-explosion obscurity.
