M63, the Sunflower Galaxy, is one of the bright spiral galaxies visible in the northern sky. The Hubble Space Telescope captured this image, showcasing the galaxy's center with its long, winding spiral arms. These arms glow blue from young stars and red from hot, ionized hydrogen gas in emission nebulae. Dark dust filaments are also prominent throughout the galaxy, which can be found in the constellation Canes Venatici.
