COSMIC MESSAGE
The Lunar X is an optical illusion on the Moon, visible only for a few hours before the first quarter phase. It's formed by the interplay of light and shadow on the rims of craters Blanchinus, La Caille, and Purbach. You need binoculars or a small telescope to spot this fleeting feature near the terminator.
