COSMIC MESSAGE
Four hot, massive stars known as the Trapezium dominate the core of the dense Orion Nebula Star Cluster. They are tightly gathered within a region about 1.5 light-years in radius. Ultraviolet radiation from these stars powers the entire visible glow of this complex star-forming region. The cluster is about three million years old.
