You could not stand on comet 67P, also known as Churyumov-Gerasimenko, during this blizzard. In 2016, the Rosetta spacecraft recorded streaks of dust and ice particles near its camera. These particles drifted across the field of view above the comet's surface. Some bright specks are cosmic rays hitting the camera.
