“Total Solar Eclipse Corona in HDR” is copyrighted by Nicolas Lefaudeux. NASA has permission to show it and we don't, so it isn't on this card.
See it on NASA's siteThis HDR image of the 2017 total solar eclipse shows the Sun's corona in extraordinary detail. The Moon blocked the Sun for a few minutes across the USA. This image, completed after extensive digital processing, reveals the hot gas of the corona.
