NASA APOD · Bernhard Hubl
COSMIC MESSAGE

Messier 15, an immense globular cluster, contains over 100,000 stars. This 13-billion-year-old relic from our galaxy's early years is about 35,000 light-years away in Pegasus. More than half its stars are packed into the central 10 light-years, making it one of the densest globular clusters known.
