COSMIC MESSAGE
An unusual night in Taurus saw not only the familiar Pleiades and Hyades star clusters, but also a meteor shower and a comet. Several Geminid meteors shot through the constellation with parallel trails. Even more unusually, Comet Wirtanen drifted through Taurus, adding to the celestial display.
