COSMIC MESSAGE
The Tadpole Nebula, IC 410, is a region of active star formation about 12,000 light years away in Auriga, the Charioteer. This cloud of glowing gas, over 100 light years across, is sculpted by stellar winds and radiation. The embedded open star cluster NGC 1893, formed only 4 million years ago, contains bright, newly formed stars that illuminate the nebula.
