At the heart of a star-forming region is R136, a cluster with some of the largest, hottest, and most massive stars known. The Hubble Space Telescope captured this image in visible light. These stars' powerful winds and ultraviolet radiation sculpted the gas and dust in the Tarantula Nebula into elongated shapes.
