This image features two streaks, but only the lower one is Comet Leonard. The comet's coma and tail are visible as it passes through the inner Solar System. Comet Leonard recently passed Earth and Venus, and will round the Sun next week. The upper streak is the exhaust plume from the launch of the James Webb Space Telescope.
