Good Morning Planets from Chile

COSMIC MESSAGE

On June 15, Mercury was as far from the Sun as it gets in Earth's sky. It stands over the Andes mountains in Chile just before sunrise in this snapshot. June's other morning planets are arrayed above it, as all the naked-eye planets stretch in a line. This line follows the ecliptic, the plane of the Solar System.
