Galaxy by the Lake

This 180-degree panoramic nightscape shows the Milky Way arching across the sky above Lake Traful in Argentina. The galactic center is high overhead, and the clear water of the lake reflects the starlight. You can also see zodiacal light, which is sunlight reflected by dust in the plane of our Solar System, reaching up from the snowy peaks.
