COSMIC MESSAGE
The Dragon's Egg Nebula, NGC 6164, sits in the constellation Ara. At its heart is a star, HD 148937, so hot it heats the gas around it. That gas was likely thrown off by the star in the past, possibly from a gravitational interaction. This image shows the bipolar emission from that gas.
