COSMIC MESSAGE
The Moon and the Pleiades star cluster were captured rising together in Alberta, Canada. While the Pleiades are known for their blue reflection nebulae, they are washed out here by the orange light of moonrise. The half-lit Moon, a quarter moon, appears overexposed, though its dim night side is still visible.
