Jupiter Abyss

NASA's Juno spacecraft captured an unusually dark cloud feature on Jupiter, informally named the Abyss. This feature is at the center of a vortex, and surrounding cloud patterns confirm its swirling nature. Dark features on Jupiter's atmosphere tend to be deeper than lighter ones, suggesting the Abyss may be a deep hole. Without more evidence, this remains an educated guess.
