COSMIC MESSAGE
This interstellar field in Cepheus is filled with faint, starlight-reflecting clouds of dust. These ghostly apparitions lurk along the plane of the Milky Way, at the edge of the Cepheus Flare molecular cloud complex, about 1,200 light-years away. One of the brighter features, VdB 141, is over two light-years across.
