Mars has clouds, too. This true-color image from Mars Pathfinder shows high-altitude ice clouds in the Martian atmosphere. While Earth's atmosphere is mostly nitrogen and oxygen, Mars's is primarily carbon dioxide. However, a trace of water freezes into visible clouds at night, which then reflect sunlight during the day.
