COSMIC MESSAGE

Almost every object in this photograph is a galaxy. This is the Coma Cluster, one of the densest known clusters, containing thousands of galaxies, each with billions of stars. Light from the Coma Cluster takes hundreds of millions of years to reach us. The cluster is so vast that light itself takes millions of years to travel from one side to the other.
