Journey to the Center of the Galaxy

The center of our Milky Way Galaxy holds strange and exciting wonders. Astronomers know of vast dust clouds, bright young stars, swirling rings of gas, and even a large black hole. Much of the Galactic Center is hidden from our view in visible light by intervening dust and gas. However, it can be explored using other wavelengths, like infrared and radio.
