Hubble-X, an emission nebula in the nearby galaxy NGC 6822. This glowing complex surrounds massive, newborn stars, only about 4 million years old. Their intense ultraviolet radiation ionizes the surrounding gas, causing it to glow, while stellar winds sculpt its shape.
