The Fogs of Mars

NASA APOD
COSMIC MESSAGE

Mars's southern regions were covered in fogs of clouds and dust during its winter. Giant volcanoes like Ascraeus Mons, seen near the top, were surrounded by large water clouds. South of the Labyrinthus Noctis, a maze of deep troughs, a large white dust storm obscured Syria Planum.
