The Virgo Cluster of Galaxies is the closest cluster to our Milky Way, spanning over 5 degrees in the sky. It contains more than 100 galaxies of various types, including spirals, ellipticals, and irregulars. The cluster's immense mass is pulling our galaxy toward it.
