Aurora Over Wisconsin
NASA APOD · Chris VenHaus
COSMIC MESSAGE
The auroral displays of the past week have been some of the most beautiful in memory. Impressive auroral bands fanned out over eastern North America after sunset on November 8. This multicolored aurora was captured reflecting in a small lake in central Wisconsin. Continued solar activity might create more aurora.
