This busy starfield, IC 4678, sits in Sagittarius, next to the Lagoon and Trifid Nebulae. Red emission nebulae glow from hydrogen gas, highlighted by bright filaments. A thin band of dust on the left reflects blue light from a nearby star, creating a small reflection nebula.
