COSMIC MESSAGE
A brilliant meteor flashes across the sky above a rock formation in Colorado. This meteor is part of the annual Perseid Meteor Shower, dust from Comet Swift-Tuttle. The trails point back to a radiant in the constellation Perseus. The scene was captured on August 10, illuminated by a waning gibbous Moon.
