NASA APOD · T. Rector
COSMIC MESSAGE
In the Orion Molecular Cloud complex, two prominent reflection nebulae are visible: M78 and NGC 2071. These are clouds of dust that reflect light from nearby bright stars, giving them a blue hue. This image was taken with the Mayall 4-meter telescope on Kitt Peak.
