Venus is currently visible as the evening star, the brightest object in the western sky after sunset. Near Venus, you can also spot the beautiful Pleiades star cluster, also known as M45. This image, taken near Bolu, Turkey, shows Venus and the Pleiades reflected in a calm lake. To the left of Venus, the bright star Aldebaran is also visible.
