NASA APOD · Jean-Charles Cuillandre
COSMIC MESSAGE

This image shows the Perseus Cluster, one of the closest galaxy clusters to us. Each fuzzy blob is a galaxy, seen through faint stars of our own Milky Way. Near the center, about 250 million light-years away, is NGC 1275, the cluster's dominant galaxy and a strong source of X-rays.
