COSMIC MESSAGE
Venus, our planetary neighbor, was captured in this composite image from 44 different nights in 2006 and 2007. Its changing position against the twilight sky can sometimes make it hard to distinguish from an airplane. This sequence over the Bolu mountains in Turkey shows Venus slowly setting as Earth turns.
