A Morning Line of Stars and Planets
NASA APOD · Yuri Beletsky
COSMIC MESSAGE
Last week, early morning skywatchers saw a line-up of bright stars and planets. From left to right, the Pleiades star cluster, Jupiter, Venus, and Aldebaran were all visible against a starry background. This image was taken from the Atacama desert in South America, with the glow of the rising Sun visible on the eastern horizon.
