COSMIC MESSAGE
Ancient petroglyphs, likely telling tales of hunters and animals from 6,000 years ago, are abundant in the Teimareh valley of central Iran. In the night sky above, star trails are etched by Earth's rotation during a long composite exposure. The center of these star trail arcs on the left marks the North Celestial Pole.
