COSMIC MESSAGE
Spiral galaxy NGC 4651, the Umbrella Galaxy, is 62 million light-years away in Coma Berenices. It's about the size of our Milky Way. A faint, umbrella-shaped structure extends 100,000 light-years beyond its bright disk. This cosmic umbrella is made of tidal star streams, stars gravitationally pulled from a smaller satellite galaxy.
