This eerie picture of an abandoned house in moonlight shows star trails, a result of a long exposure. The camera was fixed to a tripod, and as the Earth rotated, the stars traced concentric arcs around the north celestial pole. It is a trick of stacked multiple exposures, with 60 frames each exposed for 25 seconds.
