Toward the royal constellation Cepheus, a giant Squid Nebula, Ou4, and Sh2-129, also known as the Flying Bat Nebula, are caught in this cosmic scene. Discovered in 2011 by Nicolas Outters, the Squid Nebula's alluring bipolar shape is distinguished by its blue-green emission from ionized oxygen.
