Odysseus Crater on Tethys

NASA APOD
COSMIC MESSAGE

Tethys, one of Saturn's larger moons at about 1000 kilometers in diameter, bears a massive impact crater named Odysseus. This crater, sometimes called the Great Basin, is on the moon's leading hemisphere and shows its age by the smaller craters inside its towering walls. The Cassini spacecraft captured this image, revealing Tethys's water-ice density.
